The Malta Gaming Authority has reviewed feedback on proposed updates to its Recognition Notice Framework and circulated a statement to holders.
The Malta Gaming Authority has completed its review of feedback submitted during the targeted consultation on proposed updates to the Recognition Notice (RN) Framework, the regulator announced.
Refinements to framework
The feedback received informed a number of refinements to ensure that the revised approach remains proportionate, risk-based and practical for RN holders, the Authority said.
A Feedback Statement summarising the feedback received, the Authority’s position and the way forward has been circulated to RN holders and their representatives.
The Authority will share further information on the practical application of specific requirements in due course.
